To those who claim we should stop making poetry we say " sorry for you guys!". How could we stay neutral while discovering such a landscape and company in the morning? Our hard work also enables some contemplation moments. More than ever, we will keep on encouraging biodiversity and an agriculture which respects Life.

After a exhausting year, it seems mother nature decided to give us a break! Winter is really cold, with negative temperatures at night ( and sometime during the day also) several weeks in a row. It is very good to enable vegetation to have a long break, delay its start and hopefully limit late frost related risks.

We just started pruning work, which mean we are back to long days in our vines for a couple of month - until March at least. Pruning is a qualified task which set futur yields hence quality basis of the coming vintage. Family support and experience is off course welcome ,a s always!

We are currently labelling our Beaujolais nouveau prior sending it to our costumer in France and abroad. All the family is being involved in this preparation phase!

While our grapes are getting wines and smoothly fermenting in our winery, we let chickens run throughout our vineyard and encourage biodiversity.

While our Chardonnay is quietly fermenting, we are preparing its future homes for the coming months. Barrels are being cleaned. Hence, we terminated our harvest 2 days ago and celebrated with our great team while pressing our Beaujolais nouveau. What an intense period of time for us!
