This week, we prepared for bottling our Cuvées Chardonneret and Florence 2023 ( chardonnay) and our Brume matinale ( rosé). Chardonneret will be fruity and minéral while Florence will be riche and elegant. Our Rosé will be juicy and very generous.

This morning, we finiseg pruning work. After 4 months, we aren't too unhappy to change from work and move to spring tasks, spring which is particularily early this year!

Red Beaujolais are ideal for Easter meals. Our cuvée Antonin 2022 or François 2021 will nicely fit with your various traditionnal meats and "gratins". Our sparkling rosé will enhance desert and chocolate experiences...what a program!

By keeping our grounds covered by vegetal materials, we aim to maintain lower temperatures hence keep a relative freshness underground during warm summers. This is a way to prevent our vines against global warming impacts.

Our acestor used to say that nothing is better than pruning in March. Nevertheless, pruning 11 hectars in one month isn't possible. We have been pruning now for a couple of weeks, sculpting trees while monitoring futures yields. This is the base of quality management!

We are glad to observ this wave of cold remperatures abd snow. Eventough it is forecasted to be short, it is a relief to observ our vines to get some rest.
