Our main satisfaction as winemakers is to observe how fast our ground can evolve from a year to another. Regenerating grounds stands as a base of the organic agriculture.
The biodynamic methodology allows to go further and faster thanks to signals we bring to ground and plant in line with cosmic influences (lunar calendar). Some rightly name it the homeopathy of the organic agriculture. Grapes then wines naturally benefit from this ground and vines regeneration.
We don’t pretend to explain everything but were willing to illustrate our way of working and observations in a few pictures.
