Cultivation method : Biodynamic, DEMETER certification in addition to ECOCERT organic certification (FR-BIO-01), High density plantation (more than 6500 plants/ ha)

Description : After a nice and rainy spring, drought during the summer. Mid august 18mm rains were welcome to allow grapes full maturation and to provide vines some relief.

Light rosé colour, sparkling bubbles. Fresh, small red fruits aromas, well integrated acicity.

Harvest : manual harvest

Wine making method : Beaujolaise at low temperatures between 21° and 25°, indigen yeast

Analysis : 12°, less than 70mg SO2 total, natural wine

Bottle : 75cl
