For us, the quality and personality of a wine mainly comes from his ground’s life and characteristics hence its grapes overall quality. We are fortunate to cultivate a one-piece vineyard on granitic sands culminating at 410 meters which enables us to grow our bubble of life” with very limited impacts of neighbors.
80% of our work is completed when our grapes are balanced, healthy and perfectly matured. Our work in vines, our grounds life, the diversity of our eco-system is essential to us.
Then come the wine making process carefully respecting our grapes with no rectification and marginal sulfites add-ons. We aim to produce wine of character, fruity, typical of our appellation that consumers enjoy for the elegance and finesse. Our biodynamic agricultural work is key to reach this.
