Gounds life is the starting point for healthy cultures, including vines. As the weather is getting more brutal every year, it is more than ever urgent to find agronomic solutions.
The "biochar" developped by Derzé consist in bruning our dead vines trees until a certain step close from the coal, crash them into powder, inoculate them with a biologic activator and then spead it over our vines grounds. This should enable grounds general and in particular mineral structure improvment by retaining water and carbon.
