Description : After a nice and rainy spring, drought during the summer. Mid august 18mm rains were welcome to allow grapes full maturation and to provide vines some relief.
This Chardonnay for gastronomy is well balanced , elegant and fresh. Its delicate white fruits and floral aromas will perfectly fit festive meals.

Wine making method : Beaujolaise at low temperatures between 21° and 25°, indigene yeast
Analysis : 12,5°, 40 mg SO2 total, natural wine
